By booking a session or purchasing a product from The Energist, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Nature of Services
The Energist provides symbolic, artistic, intuitive, and entertainment-based experiences including psychic readings, energy consultations, events, and related products. All services are intended for personal insight, reflection, and entertainment purposes only.
Services provided by The Energist do not constitute and should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, financial, therapeutic, or any other form of licensed professional advice.
2. No Guarantee of Results
The Energist makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of any reading or consultation. Results are subjective and may vary from person to person. You acknowledge that you are seeking the service of your own free will.
3. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services or products. By booking, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely through Square. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due at time of booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.
6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, content, products, brand elements, and materials associated with The Energist are the sole intellectual property of Terrell and The Energist Consulting. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Energist shall not be held liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes experienced as a result of participating in a reading, session, or event. You accept full personal responsibility for your choices and actions.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
