The Energist is committed to a fair and transparent refund process. Please review this policy before booking or purchasing.
Reading & Session Cancellations
More than 24 hours before session: Full refund or credit toward a future session — your choice.
Within 24 hours of session: Non-refundable. You may reschedule once within 30 days.
No-show: Full session fee is forfeited. No rescheduling.
Product Returns
Due to the nature of our products — which include metaphysical, energetically charged, and symbolic items — all product sales are final.
Exceptions are made only for:
- Items damaged or defective upon arrival — contact us within 7 days with photo evidence
- Items lost in transit — we will work with the carrier to resolve
Event Deposits
Event deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to a rescheduled event date within 90 days, subject to availability.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us at readings@theenergistconsulting.com with your name, booking reference, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
